Your money data. Owned by you.

What you buy, what you eat, where you go — Aurora never turns it into a pitch for a loan or a card, never shows you ads and never sells it. For a small subscription, you own your financial data. Ask AI Money Buddy anything and it answers in your own numbers — and plan the whole year ahead, smartly.

Ever stopped to ask?

What if your spending history is someone's sales lead?

Notifications that never stop

“A loan picked just for you.” “Sign up today for a bonus.” You only connected an app to keep track of your money — and now it pings you all day long. Hasn't that ever felt wrong?

Your whole private life

What you buy, what you eat, where you go. If someone knew all of it — and used it to sell you financial products — would you agree to that?

The real price of “free”

How does a free finance app make its money? Usually from ads and from selling financial products. What's for sale then isn't the app — it's your data.

There's another way

If that ever felt off, it's time to own your data.

Aurora Finance is a global service that puts you in charge of your financial data — and helps you look after it. We run on subscriptions alone, so we have no reason to sell your spending history, pitch you financial products or show you ads.

  • No financial-product pitches
  • No ads

Your AI assistant · AI Money Buddy

Ask your money anything. It answers in your own numbers.

Talk to it the way you'd talk to a friend who's good with money. No menus, no keywords, no “sorry, I didn't understand” — ask, follow up, change your mind. It reads the ledger you have open, down to the lines on your receipts, and answers with your actual figures.

A conversation, not a chatbot

Ask a follow-up and it remembers what you were talking about. “Is that new spending, or did I just move it online?” just works.

Your figures, not averages

Merchants, categories, budgets and receipt items — read straight from your own ledger, so the answer is about you, not a typical household.

Looks, never touches

It can read the ledger you have open and nothing else, it can't change a thing, and your questions are deleted after 30 days.

Will I go over budget at this pace?It reads your budget and this month's pace together — and tells you what you can still spend each day.
AI Money Buddy

Am I spending too fast on eating out this month?

You've spent S$624 of your S$800 dining budget (78%), and 60% of the month has gone — a little fast.

At this pace you'll reach about S$1,040 — S$240 over. The biggest share is GrabFood: 6 orders, S$282.

So how much can I spend a day from here?

Keep it under S$14 a day for the next 12 days and you'll stay within budget. One delivery averages S$47 — more than three days' worth.

What do my subscriptions add up to?Every subscription charged each month, added up for the whole year — with the newest one pointed out.
AI Money Buddy

What am I paying for subscriptions every month?

Four subscriptions were charged every month for the last three months:

  • NetflixS$18.98
  • YouTube PremiumS$15.98
  • SpotifyS$10.98
  • iCloud+S$3.98

Together that's S$49.92 a month — S$599.04 a year.

YouTube Premium was first charged in August — it's your newest one.

Where is the same milk cheaper?Your own receipt items compare one product across shops — and show how its price has moved.
AI Money Buddy

Is milk cheaper at Cold Storage or FairPrice?

From your receipts, Meiji fresh milk 2L is cheaper at FairPrice.

  • Cold StorageS$7.95
  • FairPriceS$7.40

That's S$0.55 a bottle — about S$3.30 a month at the 6 bottles you buy.

How much has it gone up since January?

At Cold Storage, from S$7.35 in January to S$7.95 in October — about 8%.

Sample conversations, with a demo household's figures.

How much did I spend on delivery in the last 3 months?Did my electricity bill go up this summer?Which card did I use most last month? What did I buy at IKEA last weekend?

Data security

Your financial data is yours. Protecting it comes first.

Security is Aurora's top priority, not a feature we added later. Here is exactly how we handle your data — what we keep, how it's protected, and who can and can't see it.

We don't collect who you are

No ID or passport number, no date of birth, no home address or phone number, no full account or card numbers and never a banking password. Beyond your ledger, we hold only your email and the name you choose to show.

Every file encrypted, with its own key

Statements, receipts and photos you upload are encrypted with AES-256-GCM — each file under its own key, tied to your household and kept apart from where the files are stored. A copied disk or backup is unreadable on its own. Statement files are kept one month — PDF statements with your name, address and account numbers blacked out — and receipts 18 months, then deleted.

Our team can't open your files

Our support and admin tools are built so they cannot open your statements, receipts or questions — a rule in the software, not a promise in a policy. We see a conversation only if you share it, and production access is limited to the few who must have it.

Leading AI, never trained on you

Aurora works with Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) on their paid business terms only — never a free consumer tier. Under those terms your data is never used to train their models.

Your texts stay on your phone

Aurora reads card and bank texts on your phone and keeps only the transaction. Passcodes and every other message are dropped right there, and the message itself is never sent. On iPhone, Apple doesn’t let apps open your messages: a Shortcuts automation hands Aurora only the texts with your word, like “ending”. On Android, Aurora reads only the card companies and banks you add.

Your inbox stays yours

E-mail forwarding reads only what your own Gmail filter sends — Aurora never signs in to your mailbox. If your Gmail ever starts sending all your mail, Aurora notices, stops reading anything that isn’t a receipt or statement, and tells you how to switch it off.

Why Aurora is a paid service

Keeping your data safe costs money — secure infrastructure, and AI on terms that rule out training on your data. We pay for that with subscriptions, not with your data. We never sell it, never show you ads and never use your financial records to train AI.

No ads, ever. You're the customer, not the product.

Give it a month. See your money clearly.

Every feature, free for 33 days — long enough to capture a whole month of spending and look back on it. If Aurora earns its place, subscribe. If not, walk away: no card needed to start.

On a computer? The iOS beta installs on your iPhone: open aurorafinance.app there and tap “Install the iOS beta”. Apple’s TestFlight app walks you through the rest.

Installing the iOS beta takes two steps:

  1. Install Apple’s free TestFlight app from the App Store.
  2. Come back here and tap “iOS beta (TestFlight)” again. TestFlight opens the invite: tap Accept, then Install.

You don’t need a redeem code. If TestFlight asks for one, it was opened without the invite: come back and tap the button again, in Safari rather than a chat app.
